In general, our products are not refundable. New items are inspected before shipping, and secondhand items adhere to the descriptions provided, which you accepted when you placed your order. We do market some merchandise or products with Coupons. In general, there are limiting rules attached to coupons, for example, the amount, number of uses, expiration date, and others.
